Aberdeen Youth Rugby Association - has been running for over 2 years developing primary and secondary rugby within Aberdeen. AYRA is made up of the 3 youth rugby sections in Aberdeen and The Scottish Rugby Union. The association employ 1 full time development officer to manage and deliver rugby programmes and 2 part time coaches to deliver programmes. The main aim of the association is to introduce rugby to potential new players within the city and provide pathways to continue their rugby development and grow the number of players within the city clubs.
